Studley, the New York-based commercial real estate firm that specializing in tenant representation, is coming to Boston.
The global commercial real estate services firm has signed a deal to lease its first-ever Boston office at 53 State Street next month. The 4,500-square-foot office will house an initial staff of 15 brokers and is Studley’s 25th U.S. location...
Studley will be going head-to-head with at least two other brokerages that only represent tenants: Cresa Boston and McCall & Almy. Studley said they have already done lease deals in the Bay State including clients with a major Boston presence, such as Quest Software Petco Animal Supplies Stores, Black & Veatch, Tetra Tech and ReachLocal.
