... Law firm Lowenstein Sandler is adding 41,900 square feet on the 17th floor to nearly double its size at 1251 Ave. of the Americas to 101,741 square feet. The firm currently occupies 59,841 square feet on the 18th and 19th floors.

The 54-story, 2.4 million-square-foot building is owned by Mitsui Fudosan America. Michael Goldman of Studley represented the law firm, while David Falk and Peter Shimkin of Newmark Knight Frank represented Mitsui, which had an asking rent of $85 per square foot.
