International commercial real estate services firm Studley announced today that Keane Inc., an NTT DATA Company, has signed a long term, 25,598-square-foot lease to relocate its McLean Keane Federal Systems, Inc. offices to 1660 International Drive.
The technology company, which is currently located at 1410 Spring Hill Road in McLean, is expected to take occupancy in its new building by March of 2011.
"This new lease reflects Keane's success in the Federal market and our continued commitment to providing our government customers with the highest quality IT solutions and services that they have come to expect from us," commented Tim Conway, executive vice president of Keane Federal Systems.
"Our new office will provide the customer-facing home base we need as we continue to grow our Public Sector business," he added.
Located in the heart of Tyson's Corner, 1660 International Drive is a 200,000-square-foot, Class A office tower situated across from Tysons II Galleria and the Ritz Carlton Hotel. The building offers direct access to all major roadways, including Dulles Toll/Access Road, I-495, and Routes 66, 123 and 7.
Studley Executive Vice President Steven Hubberman and Corporate Managing Director Chris O'Brien represented Keane in the transaction. Tim Summers, Scott Goldberg and Spence Stouffer of Cassidy Turley represented the building landlord MEPT 1660 International Drive LLC.
