Illinois Tool Works (ITW), a Chicago-based industrial equipment manufacturer, acquired two office buildings and a retail building in One Kraft Plaza in Glenview, IL from Kraft Foods.
The buildings were originally part of the 56-acre Kraft Foods campus in north suburban Glenview. Combined, the three properties total more than 500,000 square feet and delivered in 1980.
Ned Franke, Chris Porter and Steven Holmberg of Cushman & Wakefield represented Kraft Foods, which is vacating the campus as part of the splitting of its grocery and snack businesses. Richard Schuham, John Goodman and Eric Feinberg of Studley represented Illinois Tool Works. Illinois Tool Works Pays for Multi-Property Portfolio in Glenview
