Growing in size and services, Syracuse-based Bond Schoeneck & King has relocated its New York City office a short distance to 600 Third Ave. from 330 Madison Ave.
The general service law firm, which has been in the city since 2004, has a 10-year lease with L&L Holding Company for 12,505 square feet on the 22nd floor of the 42-story, more than 544,500-square-foot Third Avenue tower located between 39th and 40th streets. The firm previously leased 8,696 square feet at the Madison Avenue location, where it had been based for the past 10 years...
