Studley announced today that it was recognized with several Washington Business Journal awards at its annual “Best Real Estate Deals” awards dinner held on April 21, 2010. The publication honored four of the firm’s transactions as the region’s premiere real estate projects of 2009 and awarded Studley with the “Best Office Lease Renewal” award for representing the law firm Troutman Sanders with the renewal of its office lease at 401 Ninth Street, NW.

The awards were presented just several weeks after the firm was named “Leasing Firm the Year” by the Greater Washington Association of Realtors (GWCAR) for negotiating the top sales and leasing transactions in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
