Klestadt & Winters, LLP to Relocate and Expand to 570 Seventh Avenue
New York, NY (October 11, 2010)
Klestadt & Winters, LLP, a boutique bankruptcy law firm specializing in debtors’ and creditors’ rights, including corporate debt restructuring, distressed business transactions, and complex commercial litigation, is relocating its New York City office to 570 Seventh Avenue and expanding its space by over 50 percent.

The law firm, which is currently located at 292 Madison Avenue, signed a long-term, 8,870-square-foot lease to occupy the entire 17th floor of the 21-story building in Times Square.

Jarod Stern of international commercial real estate services firm Studley represented Klestadt & Winters in the transaction. The landlord, Silverstein Properties, was represented in-house by Roger Silverstein.

“The space, building, and location are a perfect fit,” shared Mr. Stern.  “The firm had certain criteria including strong, hands-on ownership, and a single floor presence, and 570 Seventh fit the bill nicely.”

Attorneys were Victor Gerstein, Esq. and Lisa Rinaldi, Esq. of Gerstein Strauss & Rinaldi LLP for the tenant and Jonathan Bright, Esq. of Siller Wilk LLP for the landlord.
