Gyro, an international business-to-business marketing/advertising firm, will move its Denver employees from its five-year home at the World Trade Center uptown to the red-brick, 70,000-square-foot Saddlery Building, at 1500 Wynkoop St., which was built in the early 1900s and renovated in 2006.
“We needed something for the creative, collaborative nature of our business,” said Fink, explaining the company culture dubbed “uno,” which the company’s website describes as “erased borders, taken down the walls and removed the silos.”
