The IMS Company Signs 81,000-Square-Foot Lease at 2929 Imperial in Brea, California
Zodiac Aerospace’s acquisition of The IMS Company drives need for expansion
Orange County, CA (June 3, 2013)  

The IMS Company has signed a lease for 81,077 square feet of office space at 2929 Imperial, in Brea, Calif. Zodiac Aerospace acquired The IMS Company, a tenant at this address since 2009. IMS, the leader in the “passenger centric” in-flight entertainment sector, previously occupied 34,842 square feet. 

Steve Pisarik, senior managing director, and Bruce Schuman, senior vice president, with global tenant advisory firm Studley’s Orange County office, represented the tenant in the transaction
The long-term lease is valued in excess of $11 million dollars. 

2929 Imperial is a two-story, 121,153-square-foot building owned by The Koll Company and Rialto Capital. John Harty and Mike Coppin of Voit Commercial represented the ownership in the transaction.
