Williams Mullen Relocates McLean Office
Studley Secures 14,616 SF For Law Firm At 8300 Greensboro Drive

International commercial real estate services firm Studley announced today that Williams Mullen has signed a 14,616-square-foot lease to relocate its McLean office to 8300 Greensboro Drive.
8300 Greensboro Drive is a 13-story, 272,000-square-foot high-rise office building located in the heart of Tyson’s Corner. The building offers impressive views of Northern Virginia and the Blue Ridge mountains.
Studley Managing Director Wendy Feldman Block and Executive Vice President Andrew Lechter represented the law firm in the transaction. David Gast represented the building landlord, Quadrangle.
This recent transaction is a continuation of Studley’s national relationship with Williams Mullen. In 2009, Studley represented the law firm with a headquarters relocation for a build to suit in Richmond, VA.
