Marketplace: CSH Signs 10-Year Lease at 61 Broadway
June 19, 2013

The Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH) has igned a 10-year lease with Broad Street Development at 61 Broadway, at the corner of Exchange Place.

Even though CSH will have more than 4,500 square feet less than its current two-floor space, the new location has a "better layout" that will allow the organization to "maximize the use of square footage" with "less structured office space," said chief development officer Nancy McGraw.

"CSH enjoys being downtown and the fact that almost every subway line stops down here makes it easy for our staff who are coming in from all over the city as well as from the broader tri-state area," said McGraw, CSH's chief development officer..

David Carlos, associate director at Studley Inc., handled the lease for the tenant.
