Novak Druce + Quigg LLP Moves To New Washington D.C. Office Space At 300 New Jersey Avenue, NW

Intellectual Property law firm Novak Druce + Quigg LLP will be relocating its Washington, D.C. office to 300 New Jersey Avenue, NW in May. 

300 New Jersey Avenue, NW is a new 255,000-square-foot Class A office building located just a few blocks from Union Station and the US Supreme Court and features unparalleled nine-foot floor-to-ceiling window views of the US Capitol.  The building, designed by Pritzker -prize winning British architect Lord Richard Rogers, was awarded the Washington Building of Congress Craftsmanship Award in 2009.

“Over the past year we have relocated to new, larger offices in San Francisco, West Palm Beach and now Washington, DC,” said Novak Druce CEO and Managing Partner Greg Novak.  “This is a reflection of our growing practice and commitment to our clients. We are proud to serve them.”

The law firm signed a 26,317-square-foot sublease, which represents an approximate 9,000-square-foot expansion from its current office space located at 1300 Eye Street, NW.
