Inland Empire Health Plan acquired its office building at 10801 6th St. in Rancho Cucamonga, CA for $50.8 million, or about $129 per square foot, from Argus Realty Investors LP. The non-profit, public health plan organization was leasing around 207,307 square feet there before the court-appointed sale.
The property had gone into receivership and was marketed after reaching a 90-percent occupancy level, which presented, "a unique opportunity for the buyer to acquire a large office complex in a prime Inland Empire location," according to Nancy Daniels with Trigild Management Services, Inc.
