In October 2010, Carpathia Hosting signed a 10-year, 15,415-square-foot lease to relocate its headquarters to 21000 Atlantic in a transaction also negotiated by Studley. Prior to relocating Carpathia occupied 9,000 square feet at 43480 Yukon Drive in Ashburn, VA. Studley's Tyler Bensten, David Booth and Marc Kantor represented Carpathia and Brian F. Tucker of Cushman & Wakefield represented the building landlord, Lerner Enterprises. ...

Thomas Hine’s lease includes the entire seventh floor of the building. The law firm, which presently occupies 26,062 square feet at 1920 N Street NW, will be subleasing space on the seventh floor of the building from Bingham McCutchen LLP. Laurent Myers of Studley represented Thompson Hine. Joshua Keider and Randall Lennon of Cushman & Wakefield represented Vornado, the building owner. ...
