... During his 25-year career, Breslin has completed more than 2,000 transactions totaling 8.5 million square feet and valued in excess of $5 billion. Clients include JP Morgan Chase, Verizon, Talbot's, Barnes & Noble and Donna Karan.
One of Breslin's significant deals took place when CNN lost its broadcast antennas in the September 11th attacks on the World Trade Center. Breslin arranged a new lease for the cable news channel at 1 Chase Plaza in 72 hours.
"Pat's arrival is a signal of our continued commitment to bolstering the firm's service offerings in the retail arena," said President Michael Colacino in a statement.
