Washington, DC (September 19, 2012)
Studley announced today that Jonathan Glass has rejoined its Washington, DC regional offices as a managing director. He will work closely with Studley Executive Vice President and Co-Regional Manager Gary Stein to manage the real estate needs of corporations, law firms and non-profit organizations throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Mr. Glass re-joins Studley from Cresa Washington DC, where he spent nearly five years as a senior advisor. While at Cresa, Mr. Glass advised a wide range of corporate, legal and non-profit organizations throughout the Capitol region and was presented with the company’s 2011 “Rising Star” award. He currently serves as a real estate advisor to the Psychiatric Institute of Washington, Synergy Enterprises, Inc., the North American Electric Reliability Corporation, Hollingsworth LLP and the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.

Mr. Glass, who began his real estate career as an associate at Studley in 2007, cites Studley’s collaborative culture, rapidly expanding corporate services platform and commitment to its founding principal – providing strategic tenant advisory services – as some of the key drivers in his decision to return.

Mr. Glass will be assisting his clients with a full range of commercial real estate services, including complex lease renewal and restructuring agreements, strategic planning for lease and purchase transactions and integrating financial modeling into executable long term strategies.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Tufts University.
