... Gordon & Rees LLP signed a new, 10-year lease at US Bank Tower, 633 W. 5th St. in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. The law firm, which has been in the building since 2006, will continue to occupy a total of 40,355 square feet of space, but will now occupy two contiguous floors-52 and 53. Previously, the firm was subleasing floors 49 and 52 from Pacific Enterprises. Gordon & Rees was represented in the transaction by Mark Sullivan, executive vice president, and Andrew Lustgarten, corporate managing director, with the downtown Los Angeles office of global tenant advisory firm Studley. The landlord, Maguire Partners, was represented in-house by Josh Wrobel. US Bank Tower is a 73-story, nearly 1.4 million-square-foot office tower, and the tallest building west of Chicago. ...

... Invesco signed a 10-year lease renewal for nearly 400,000 square feet at Crescent Real Estate Holdings' 11 Greenway Plaza in Houston. This transaction is characterized as the largest lease renewal in the Houston region this year, according to Crescent. Warren Savery, Bubba Harkins and Bob Boykin of Crescent represented the owner, Crescent Crown Greenway Plaza SPV LLC. Invesco was represented by Mark O'Donnell, Peter Capuciati, Clark Dean and Kelly Givens of Studley CSG, Studley's flagship national practice group for large complex transactions.
