John Esposito was promoted from Managing Director to Corporate Managing Director. Since joining Studley in 2004, Mr. Esposito has completed more than 4 million square feet of assignments throughout the State of Florida and the United States. He has built an impressive portfolio of clients through a focus on large complex tenant representation transactions and his ability to create and implement sound strategic plans.
Chris Harak, one of John Esposito's partners, was promoted from Associate to Assistant Director. Mr. Harak joined Studley's Miami office in 2009 after spending four years in the firm's Tampa office. He continues to excel in business development, strategic planning and transaction management for commercial tenants throughout the State of Florida.
In 2011, Mr. Esposito and Mr. Harak helped orchestrate significant corporate headquarters transactions for World Fuel Services (125,000 SF), Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust (66,000 SF), Intcomex (170,000 SF) along with the 128,000-square-foot consolidation for the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute.
