The Washington Post Co. (NYSE: WPO), which would take on another name following the sale, will retain ownership of 1150 15th, 1515 L St. NW and 1523 L St. NW but previously retained brokerages Studley Inc. and JM Zell Partners to seek buyers for those properties under a relocation to a new headquarters.
