Klestadt & Winters, a boutique law firm in a hot field—bankruptcy—is moving to Times Square, where it will hugely increase the size of its office.

The firm, which specializes in debtors’ and creditors’ rights, including corporate debt restructuring, distressed business transactions and commercial litigation, signed a 10-year lease for 8,870 square feet at 570 Seventh Ave. The asking rent was $38 a square foot, according to CoStar. ...
