Davidson joined Studley (now Savills Studley) in 1997 and has over 30 years of experience as an advocate on behalf of commercial real estate tenants in downtown Chicago and the Midwest. She is among Savills Studley’s top performers, executing over 14 million square feet of transactions throughout her career. Davidson is recognized as an expert in reducing costs for commercial real estate space users for her diverse client portfolio, which includes law firms, financial service firms, major corporations and associations.
Throughout her career, Davidson has received such accolades as the prestigious Crain’s Greater Chicago Food Depository Commercial Real Estate Award for “Office Broker of the Year,” Real Estate MidAmerica Magazine’s “40 Under 40” to watch, YWCA’s Academy of Women Leaders, and was profiled in the Illinois Real Estate Journal. She was also a finalist for the Crystal Apple Award, sponsored by the Illinois Real Estate Journal, and a nominee for “Office Broker of the Year” by Commercial Forum Honor Awards. Lisa is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, as well as the Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association (COLBA). She also supports the Francis W. Parker School.
