LCOR, the owner of 545 Madison Ave., is adding two financial services firms to its roster of tenants there.

Super Derivatives signed a 10-year lease for 6,200 square feet on the 17th floor of the 18-story Class A building, which underwent a gut rehabilitation several years ago.
