Global commercial real estate services firm Studley announced today that Baltimore-based top grossing real estate veteran Paul J. Danko has joined its Washington D.C. office as Corporate Managing Director. He will focus on supporting the needs of the firm’s existing and future industrial clients, particularly in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia, as a member of the National Industrial Services Group.
“I am delighted that Paul has joined our team,” said Executive Vice President and Co-Regional Manager David Lipson. “His extensive industry experience and know-how will significantly enhance our ability to service the needs of our clients across the region.”
Mr. Danko’s real estate career began in Baltimore in 1988, where he’s had strong success driving deals and redeveloping real estate highlighted by the Baltimore Business Journal’s recognition as the Co-Number 1 Real Estate Agent in the Baltimore area for closed transactions in 2004.
Prior to joining Studley, Mr. Danko most recently served as Senior Vice President of Lincoln Property Company’s Greater Baltimore Region. He boasts an impressive tenant representation record, having opened in 2003 the Baltimore office of The Staubach Company, a firm which specialized in tenant representation before being purchased by Jones Lang LaSalle in 2008.
“I am excited to be part of such a seasoned, cohesive and entrepreneurial group. Studley’s culture of teamwork and reputation for excellence will provide the opportunity for me to better serve existing clients and attract new ones in the future,” said Mr. Danko.
Studley, headquartered in New York City, has two local offices in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. In June 2012, its DC regional offices were voted the #1 "Best Place to Work" in the Washington, DC area by the Washington Business Journal and named one of the "Fastest Growing Firms in the Mid Atlantic" by the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal.
