Atlanta company inks massive lease at Pinto Business Park

The Reynolds Co., a Fort Worth-based wholesale electrical distribution company, recently acquired nine acres at Pinto Business Park and plans to build a 130,000-square-foot distribution facility at the site. The company plans to occupy the building by the third quarter of 2014. Jones Lang LaSalle’s (NYSE: JLL) Jarret Venghaus and Jeff Venghaus represented The Reynolds Co. in the sale. Studley Inc.’s John Simmons represented Pinto Business Park in the deal.
