STUDLEY EXPANDS DC REGIONAL OFFICES WITH SEVEN NEW HIRES

International commercial real estate services firm Studley is pleased to announce the addition of seven new hires to its Washington, DC regional offices.
John Whitt joins Studley as managing director in the firm's Suburban Washington office. He brings more than 19 years of commercial real estate experience and has completed more than 12 million square feet of assignments representing commercial tenants, landlords and investors throughout his career. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Whitt held senior real estate advisory positions at MRP Realty, RREEF and CarrAmerica.

Kimberly Roth joins Studley as an associate director in the firm's Suburban Washington office. Prior to joining Studley, Ms. Roth spent five years at CBRE where she was a member of a top-producing retail investment sales team. To date, she has facilitated the sale of more than 50 retail properties valued at over $1.5 billion throughout the Mid-Atlantic region on behalf of a diverse set of clients ranging from REITs and pension fund advisors to private owners and developers.

Angelea Busby joins Studley as an associate director in the firm's Washington, DC office. She will specialize in market analysis, business development and tenant representation for corporations, professional service clients, trade associations and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to joining Studley, Ms. Busby worked as the director of business development for Charron Consulting, a construction project management and consulting firm based in Sterling, VA.

Samantha Kurtz joins Studley as a project associate in the firm's growing federal government real estate advisory practice, which is responsible for assisting the General Services Administration (GSA) with its 198 million-square-foot national portfolio of leased space. Prior to joining Studley, Ms. Kurtz worked as a construction manager for James G. Davis Construction where she assisted in the design and construction of large scale government interior projects. She will be based in the firm's Washington, DC office.

Graeme Wright joins the firm as an assistant director in the firm's Washington DC office. He will specialize in strategic planning, market analysis and financial modeling for corporations, trade associations, law firms and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to joining Studley, Mr. Wright was with Cantor Fitzgerald where he specialized in derivative products. Mr. Wright will work closely with Executive Managing Director Jeff Shrago in servicing the needs of commercial tenants in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Benjamin Deleon joins the firm as an assistant director in the firm's Washington DC office. He will specialize in strategic planning and financial modeling for corporations, trade associations, law firms and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to joining Studley, Mr. Deleon worked for NewDay Financial, a mortgage banking firm based in Fulton, MD where he was assistant to the CEO. He also spent time as a loan officer for Empire Financial in Rockville, MD, which helped him develop an understanding of the financial elements behind real estate transactions. Along with Mr. Wright, Mr. Deleon will work closely with Executive Managing Director Jeff Shrago in servicing the needs of commercial tenants in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Rami Bizri joins the firm as graphics specialist. Mr. Bizri brings ten years of graphic design experience and will be handling all aspects of design for the Washington, DC regional offices. His experience includes private sector, not-for-profit, freelance, and in-house design. Prior to joining Studley, Mr. Bizri worked as the graphics design manager at the Corporate Executive Board, where he managed a team of designers in the IT franchise. He will be based in the firm's Washington, DC office.
