Rise.pl in Diamante Plaza in Kraków

19 November 2018

Rise.pl, a Polish serviced office and co-working space provider, will move to Diamante Plaza in Krakow in early 2019. Savills and Knight Frank advised the tenant on its approximately 2,500 sq m office lease while BNP Paribas Real Estate advised the landlord.

Rise.pl is active in four Polish cities (Krakow, Warsaw, Katowice and Rzeszów) and on the Czech and Slovak markets. It offers office space to let on flexible terms, including single desks on a short-term basis. Rise.pl was founded in 2003 and Diamante Plaza will be its fourth location in Krakow. The firm is planning to open another office outside Krakow, but as yet has not announced its choice of location.

“In addition to seeing rapid growth, Zabłocie is becoming an increasingly attractive business destination in Krakow. Benefiting from high space efficiency in the building, the tenant will be able to adapt 2,500 sq m of a single floorplate for its own needs. Rise.pl is also planning to set up a café open to all users of the firm’s flexible office space,” said Agnieszka Kuehn, Senior Consultant, Office Agency, Savills Krakow office.

“The office space most recently leased by Rise.pl is the second large-sized space opened by the firm in the last two years. The location of Diamante Plaza in one of the fastest-growing office districts in Krakow and occupier demand for their services in this part of the city were the key factors in the tenant’s choice of this office building,” said Krzysztof Piątkiewicz, Negotiator, Office Leasing Agency, Knight Frank’s Krakow office.

Diamante Plaza is a Class A office building at 24 Jana Dekerta Street in Krakow. It offers 10,000 sq m of modern office space. The owner and property manager of the building is a Spanish construction firm Aldesa. The office complex was designed by DDJM and completed in 2009. BNP Paribas Real Estate is the exclusive office leasing agent on Diamante Plaza.
