James Halepis Joins Savills Studley

Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation, announced that corporate real estate specialist James Halepis has joined the firm’s Boston office as Senior Vice President and Co-Branch Manager. Roger Williams also joins the firm as Managing Director, Corey Paquette as Associate Director and Brett Medico as Client Services Coordinator.

Halepis joins Savills Studley with over 13 years of experience advising Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and mid-market companies on their multi-market real estate needs. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Halepis specializes in developing sound real estate strategies and consistent real estate processes with a particular focus on executing brokerage transactions in a multitude of markets, both foreign and domestic. He has structured and negotiated approximately 500 real estate transactions within the office, land, retail and industrial sectors, with a combined transaction value estimated at over $2 billion.

Williams joins the firm with over 10 years of experience in corporate real estate. Prior to joining Savills Studley, he served as Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield. Williams has significant expertise in analyzing real estate portfolios and developing effective cost reduction strategies with clients’ real estate stake-holders, and has developed a particular niche representing tech companies. In the last decade, Williams performed brokerage transactions with an estimated value in excess of $2 billion, including leases and building sales and purchases.
