Savills Studley Represents Clearlink in 40,020-SF Orem Transaction

Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation, is pleased to announce its representation of Clearlink Technologies in an agreement for a new 40,020-square-foot lease at 545 East University Parkway in Orem, Utah. Clearlink, a SYKES company, partners with the world's leading brands to extend their reach, drive valuable transactions, and deepen consumer insight. The expansion to the Class A University Place complex comes following the company’s significant growth in the Orem market where Clearlink first arrived in 2012. The new Orem office will support over 300 sales professionals.

Clearlink has two office locations in Salt Lake City, including the company’s corporate headquarters, as well as a sales and operations office in Scottsdale, Arizona. Savills Studley professionals within the firm’s Phoenix office represented Clearlink in both the Scottsdale and Orem transactions.

As of June 2017, Clearlink occupies the third and fourth floor of 545 East University parkway. This office features a large open floor plan with incredible mountain views, collaborative work areas, breakout booths and other common areas toward the center of the floor.

Clearlink’s new Orem office is within the first of five Class-A buildings that will be constructed at University Place. The office is within walking distance to multiple retail and dining options, as well as The Orchard, a two-acre park and community gathering space. Other office park amenities include daycare, financial institutions, dry cleaning, shipping and supplies, large conference room rental space and a salon. University Place is within five miles of Utah Valley University, Brigham Young University and downtown Provo.
