Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate services firm specializing in tenant representation, has hired Tripp Pruet as assistant director for its Houston office. Pruet will work alongside Mark O’Donnell, Derrell Curry, Jennifer Jordan and Bryant Lach with developing and expanding business opportunities for clients in the greater Houston office market.
Pruet began his career founding VR30A Management LLC, where he was in charge of leasing and managing vacation homes in vacation destinations that included Seaside, Watercolor, and Rosemary Beach, located in the Florida Panhandle. Following, he became a leasing assistant at Colvill Office Properties, where he specialized in agency leasing assignments for a 2.5 million-square-foot class A office portfolio throughout the Houston metro area.
“Tripp’s background working with prominent asset managers and nationally-recognized ownership groups brings a unique skill set to our firm,” said Mark O’Donnell, Executive Vice President and Co-Branch Manager of Savills Studley’s Houston office. “His experience and strong work ethic will be a great addition to our professional team as we grow our services to meet client demand.”
Pruet graduated from the University of Mississippi with a dual Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Managerial Finance and Real Estate. He is an active volunteer with Grace Bible Church, Yellowstone Academy and C.H.A.R.M. Prison Ministry.
