STUDLEY REPRESENTS KOLODNY & ANTEAU IN BEVERLY HILLS OFFICE LEASE

Kolodny & Anteau has renewed its lease for 14,162 square feet of office space at 9100 Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills. The aggregate value of the five-year lease is more than $2 million. The law firm has occupied the office tower’s full ninth floor for more than 15 years.

Mike Catalano, executive vice president and branch manager of Studley’s West Los Angeles office, represented the tenant in the transaction.

“In a market where professional service firms have many choices at reasonable price points, the firm elected to make a commitment to 9100 Wilshire and their existing space, where they will improve efficiencies and upgrade finishes” said Catalano.

9100 Wilshire Blvd is located on the corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Doheny Drive in Beverly Hills. The property is comprised of twin office towers totaling 338,983 square feet.

The landlord, Douglas Emmett Company, was represented by Shannon Lewis.
