Studley to Move DC Office in September

Global commercial real estate services firm, Studley , will move its Washington, D.C. office from 555 13th St. NW to 1201 F St. NW this September.

The firm has signed for 25,500 square feet on the fourth and fifth floor at the Class A, 246,312-square-foot office building.

Dan Dooley, Andrew Eichberg, Scott Franklin and Amy Kaufman Brendler of Tishman Speyer represented the owner, while Studley was represented in-house.

Completed in 2000, 1201 F St. NW features a rooftop terrace, a fitness center, and three levels of below-grade, on-site parking. Other amenities include lobby security, on-site property management, and an on-site restaurant, the Oceanaire Seafood Room.
