Venables, Bell & Partners, an independent San Francisco advertising agency, signed a lease for 31,987 square feet in the office building at 201 Post St. in San Francisco.
The 12-story building totals 99,223 square feet in the Union Square submarket. The property underwent a full renovation in 2001.
Venables, Bell & Partners new lease includes floors 2,3,4,5 and 8. Other tenants in the building include retailer Prada and Mary Zlot & Associates.
