An expanding young law firm is moving from downtown back to Midtown Manhattan, where it opened its doors three years ago.
Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP has signed a sub-sublease to take 29,592 square feet on two floors at 750 Seventh Ave., according to L. Craig Lemle and Nick Zarnin of real estate services firm Savills Studley, which represented Holwell.
