Commercial brokers explain what's next for D.C. market in 2011

We told you last week that the first half of the year was a bit of a bummer for the local commercial real estate market. Federal leasing slowed, private sector activity didn’t pick up and D.C. lost its status as the market leading the national real estate recovery.

I sat in on an Urban Land Institute panel on commercial leasing Tuesday to get more insight into what brokers and developers are seeing in the market and expect moving forward.
