Yard keeps growing in NYC
October 1, 2014

The Yard, a collaborative workspace provider, signed a 16-year, 23,134 s/f lease at 883 Avenue of the Americas, a new 48-story residential rental building with office and retail components.

The Yard’s new location, slated to open in early 2015, will build on the brand’s New York expansion. Over the last year, Savills Studley has arranged two new leases for the company, which now has a total of four facilities in Manhattan, as well as their original location in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

Savills Studley’s, Evan Margolin and Lance Leighton represented the tenant in the transaction, while Barry Goodman of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord.
