Ralph Lauren is expanding its Chelsea office to give itself and subsidiary Club Monaco room to grow.
The fashion company has signed on for about 60,000 square feet of additional space at the Starrett-Lehigh Building on 11th Avenue and West 26th Street. It will expand its office and give Club Monaco, which has its global headquarters at the 20-story building, more space. The details of which company will occupy what portions of the new space are still being worked out, sources familiar with the deal said. In total, Ralph Lauren and Club Monaco will occupy about 100,000 square feet in the 2.3 million-square-foot building...
