KROLL BOND RATINGS AGENCY AND K2 INTELLIGENCE SIGN 25,506 SF SUBLEASE
New York, NY (June 13, 2012)
International commercial real estate services firm Studley is pleased to announce that Kroll Bond Ratings Agency and K2 Intelligence have together signed a 25,506-square-foot sublease at 845 Third Avenue.

Kroll Bond Ratings Agency, a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization (NRSRO) and Credit Rating Provider (CRP), and K2 Intelligence, a global risk and analytics firm founded by Jules and Jeremy Kroll, will relocate and expand their New York City headquarters from 599 Lexington Avenue to the entire fourth floor at 845 Third Avenue.

“Two years ago, when both firms were starting off, controlling cost was the priority thus we found inexpensive sub-sub lease at 599 Lexington Avenue that suited their needs. Fast-forward to today and both firms are bursting at the seams. It’s encouraging news for New York City to see firms doubling in space,” explain Studley’s Associate Director David Carlos, who represented the tenants.

Kroll Bond Agency and K2 Intelligence will sublease space from The Conference Board, a global, independent business membership and research association working in the public interest.

The building is owned by The Rudin Management Company. The firms are expected to relocate this summer.
