Williams Mullen Inks 21,776 SF Lease Renewal at 1666 K Street, NW
Washington, DC (December 7, 2010)
International commercial real estate services firm Studley announced today that Williams Mullen has signed a long term, 21,776-square-foot lease renewal for its Washington, D.C. offices located at 1666 K Street, NW. 1666 K Street, NW is a 12-story, 272,283-square-foot Class A office building located in the heart of Farragut Square on the corner of 17th and K Streets, NW.

As Williams Mullen's exclusive national real estate advisor, Studley Managing Director Wendy Feldman Block and Executive Vice President Andrew Lechter, branch manager of the firm's Atlanta office, represented the law firm in the transaction.

Earlier this year, Studley also represented the law firm in its McLean, VA relocation to 8300 Greensboro Drive. Sandy Michaels of Vornado/Charles E. Smith represented the landlord Vornado Realty Trust in the transaction.

"After thoroughly evaluating space options in downtown Washington, Williams Mullen elected to remain in its current space on the top floor of the building with a more favorable rental rate going forward," said Feldman Block.
