Studley, an international tenant advisory firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of two professionals in its West Los Angeles office. Matthew Brainard and Craig Jablin have both been promoted to senior managing director from corporate managing director.

Brainard has an extensive background in tenant representation on behalf of media, technology, life sciences, financial and business services companies. His creative and mission-critical approach to addressing clients’ needs reduces occupancy costs and creates optimal flexibility, all while strengthening employee retention and recruitment. He has executed transactions totaling in excess of 3.5 million square feet on behalf of clients ranging from large international corporations to local start-up businesses.

Brainard joined Studley in 2008, with 10 years of previous experience at a Los Angeles-based tenant representation firm. He graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s degree in communications.

Jablin joined Studley in 1995 and has been involved in more than 10 million square feet of transactions. He focuses on strategic planning, lease and purchase consulting, and transaction management. Jablin has represented a diverse group of corporate users in the entertainment, technology, finance, healthcare and insurance industries, including the Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, First Quadrant LP, and FremantleMedia North America.

He is an active mentor in the Jewish Big Brothers of Los Angeles program and received his bachelor of arts in political science form the State University of New York at Binghamton.
