Alecia Burdick, Associate Director at Savills Studley in Austin, specializes in assisting corporate clients with their office, industrial, and land real estate requirements.
Alecia began her career in tenant representation at KMD Studley as an intern and was promoted quickly to Analyst and later to Advisor within two years. As an Advisor, she represented tenants in large and often complex real estate transactions including headquarters consolidations/relocations, economic incentive packages, sale leasebacks, and 1031 exchanges.
Alecia consistently provides her clients with outstanding service through her familiarity of the Austin market and extensive relations within the community combined with her research-driven analytical capabilities and tenacious client advocacy.
Alecia is highly involved in the Austin community as the Assistant Chair for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) - Young Leaders and Chair for the ULI Mentorship Forum. She formerly was on the board for the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Challenge and was chosen as a panelist to participate in the CREW program “The Harmonic Convergence of Women in Commercial Real Estate.”
While attending the University of Texas, Alecia was selected by the McCombs School of Business to compete at the Marshall International Case Competition and later went on to create and write the case for the premier University of Texas Undergraduate Real Estate Competition.
Alecia Earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin and is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Texas.
