Dan Foley started his real estate career with CBRE in 1982. He was a New Jersey top 5 producer for 9 consecutive years. In 1993, Dan co-founded Strategic Alliance Partners, which became New Jersey’s preeminent tenant representation real estate firm. Strategic Alliance and its 25 brokers amalgamated with Savills (formerly Studley) in 2004, forming Savills New Jersey office.

• ProLogis – Broker of the Year, for the long-term lease with the Coca-Cola Company.

• Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) - NJ Largest Industrial Build to Suit, for the International Paper Corporation.

• Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) - NJ Largest Office Lease, for the John Wiley & Sons Headquarters.

• Real Estate NJ Magazine – Broker All Star award, multiple times.

• Hartz Mountain – Largest Deal of the Year award.

• Advance Realty – Deal of the Year award, for the Eisai Headquarters Build to Suit.

• COSTAR - Numerous Power Broker awards. In 2007, was the only broker in the nation (with any firm) to win awards in both the Industrial and Office sectors.
