Parker Lange is a member of the Capital Markets Group of Savills in the Washington, DC office. Since 2001, Parker has established a practice focused on the acquisition and disposition of owner-occupied and investment office buildings, as well as development properties. His expertise lies in understanding both the market and analytical components of real estate transactions and ultimately in optimizing his clients’ overall value of assets. With his wealth of market knowledge and analytical data, Parker advises developers, investors, associations, unions, nonprofits and corporations with all of their real estate pursuits and long-term business objectives.

Parker started his career as an intern for Savills while still in college at the University of Virginia, and became a full-time broker after his graduation in the summer of 2001. Since then, Parker has completed hundreds of transactions exceeding 20 million square feet in volume. Some of Parker's clients have included National Public Radio (NPR), the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA), Graham Holdings Company (formerly The Washington Post), IBEW and SEIU.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

In his free time, Parker is active within his community as a volunteer of the Alexandria Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities, the Pioneer Baseball League and Meeting House Cooperative Preschool.

Professionally, Parker has been acknowledged for his successes in the commercial real estate industry. The Washington Business Journal granted him the ‘Real Estate Deal of the Year’, ‘Best Land Deal of the Year’ and ‘Best New Office Development of the Year’. Additionally, CREBA (formerly GWCAR) recognized Parker’s work as ‘Deal of the Year (DC)’, ‘Sales Transactions of the Year (DC)’ and ‘Leasing Transaction of the Year’.
