Paul joined Savills in May 2013, bringing twenty-five years of real estate experience to the firm, including tenant representation, disposition, investment sales, redevelopment of unique retail assets, and industrial real estate. He is a member of Savills Industrial Services Group (ISG) and is part of ISG’s Recruiting and New Business Development Committees.

Paul began his career with CB Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. in 1988 before joining the Trammell Crow Company from 1999 to 2003. Upon leaving Trammell Crow in 2003, Paul opened The Staubach Company’s Baltimore office, where he was the leader of the firm’s Industrial Services Practice Group in the Northeast Region. Paul then went on to become a Managing Member for Paddington Properties before joining Lincoln Property Company as Senior Vice President of the company’s Greater Baltimore Region in 2009.

Paul is a well-known expert in commercial real estate. In 2004, Paul was recognized by the Baltimore Business Journal as the Co-Number 1 Real Estate Agent in the Baltimore area and recognized as a Top 5 Producer for CBRE’s Baltimore’s branch. His tenant representation portfolio includes Under Armour, Wolseley North America, Williams Sonoma, NeighborCare, EADS North America, PEPSICO, Dial, UPS, State of Maryland, Ball Corporation and HD Supply Construction & Industrial - White Cap. 

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Paul is a past member of the Maryland Economic Development Commission and a former member of both the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Maryland Chapter Board of Directors and the Gilman School Alumni Association Board of Governors. While attending University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Paul played NCAA Division I Lacrosse for the Tar Heels, winning two National Championships. He played professionally for the Philadelphia Wings of the National Lacrosse League (NLL).
