Steve Ficarrotta is a director of Savills Occupier Services. With over 30 years of experience nationwide, Steve specializes in projects from ground-up construction, interior office medical, industrial and radio broadcasting facility renovations. In his role, Steve utilizes his exceptional skill set and knowledge to provide effective project management that will drive the core team to deliver a successful result for each client.

Prior to joining Savills in 2015, Steve served as a project and construction consultant as well as owner representative with DTZ, Cassidy Turley, Trammell Crow Company, Lincoln Property and St. Joseph’s Hospital. He was also the project manager and supervisor for a general construction firm in addition to managing accounting offices in excess of 370,000 square feet and completing over one million square feet of tenant improvement project nationally. With his proficiency in planning, coordination, financial management and team building Steve excels at creative and complex problem solving and communication to ensure the final product is delivered timely, on-budget and at the highest level. He is a passionate leader who is goal-oriented and guides team members and clients to achieve project and client success while adhering to best business practices.
