With more than three decades of commercial real estate experience, Aaron Gallardo specializes in complex transactions on behalf of corporate clients in Silicon Valley. His attention to detail and ability to develop creative solutions has led to the successful completion of numerous significant lease and sales transactions and the development of many long-term client relationships.

Aaron’s expertise includes strategic planning, site selection, financial analysis and transaction structuring to implement facility acquisitions, dispositions, relocations, expansion, renewals and consolidations.

His clients have included the Massachusetts-based computing giant EMC Corp, Photon InfoTech, Netronome and MobileIron, a leading enterprise mobility management company.

Earlier in his career, Aaron held positions with AG Realty Group and Spallino Reid Corporate Real Estate Services. His formative experience was gained in college, working in commercial concrete tilt-up construction alongside his father for HC Hansen, a family-owned company with a long history in Silicon Valley.

Aaron is a licensed real estate agent in the State of California and a member of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers. A Silicon Valley native, Aaron is an avid horseman and golfer.
