Aaron Howes joins Savills Studley with more than 13 years of corporate real estate experience. He has represented leading organizations, many of which are Fortune 500 companies, with their commercial real estate requirements locally, nationally and internationally. Aaron's experience encompasses a broad range of complex corporate real estate transactions. He specializes in representing tenants in their negotiation of office leases, portfolio management, consultation services and strategic planning, as well as the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties.
Prior to joining the firm, Aaron worked for CB Richard Ellis, as well as Trione & Gordon.

Aaron has been recognized for his outstanding achievements by both the industry and the firm’s with which he has worked. In 2007, The Houston Business Journal has named him a “Heavy Hitter” and Commercial Investment Real Estate Magazine named him “The Big Dealmaker.” While working with CB Richard Ellis, he was recognized in 2006 as Houston’s Top Producer (Global Corporate Services) and one of CBRE’s Top 200 (world wide). Aaron was also a Top Producer in 2007 and 2009.
Aaron is a Certified Commercial Investment member (CCIM).
Aaron earned a BA from Southern Methodist University.
