Aaron has 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with a background in construction, brokerage, and development. He has a strong track record, and has been successful structuring transactions and creating opportunities to meet his clients' strategic goals, ensuring that all real estate decisions are made within the context of his clients' specific operational and financial objectives. His organizational, analytical, and negotiating skills support informed and comprehensive decision-making processes that allow his clients to control occupancy costs, maintain flexibility, and effectively and efficiently implement their core business plans. In addition, Aaron's construction and development background has proven to be instrumental in adding value to projects from the strategic planning phase through building occupancy.

Aaron has been involved in more than 6 million square feet of real estate transactions, valued at $1.5 billion, including development, strategic planning, acquisitions, headquarters relocation analysis, global disposition programs, lease restructuring/terminations, and office relocations and expansions.

Mr. Wright's practice has included the representation of such firms such as Cable & Wireless USA; Babcock & Brown; Woodruff Sawyer & Co; Sephora; DFS; Jones Day; Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold; AIM Management; Pfizer; and Telik.
