Adam Brecher

Professional Expertise

For over a decade, Adam Brecher has represented tenants of commercial real estate throughout the Washington metropolitan area and across the country. Operating out of the Savills office in the heart of DC, Adam specializes in advising clients in the legal, professional services, TAMI and AEC industries, although his experience spans across most corporate, nonprofit and legal markets. His extensive background has allowed him to interpret commercial real estate from multiple angles, as he has worked with such a diverse range of clients throughout each of their unique processes.

An expert in financial analysis and market research, Adam provides the necessary data and analytics to minimize occupancy costs in ideal locations. To do so, Adam examines current market data and historical trends to create financial models to develop and execute long-term real estate plans for his clients. Adam also specializes in strategic workplace planning, which helps clients boost company culture and maximize the operational functionality of their work environment.

Adam joined Savills in 2007 as a research information specialist after spending over seven years as a business researcher and reporter at the Washington Business Journal. Adam also spent time as a business analyst at ChamberBiz.
