As an associate director in Savills Studley's Washington, DC office, Adam provides his team with the financial and market research tools necessary to assist local corporations, law firms, and not-for profit organizations in making sound real estate decisions. In this role, he examines market data and historical trends to create financial models in order to help his team develop and execute long-term real estate plans for clients. Adam joined Savills Studley in 2007 as a research information specialist after spending over six years as a business researcher and reporter at the Washington Business Journal.
Adam is in the process of starting up a neighborhood association with the mission of giving the District’s NOMA submarket residents a larger voice within the community.
Adam graduated from Mary Washington College with a Bachelor of Science in psychology.
