Adam joined Savills Studley's Chicago office in 2001 and currently serves as a Senior Managing Director and as a member of the Law Firm Practice Group. Adam's client-first mentality has earned him a reputation as a well-rounded, tenacious and trustworthy commercial real estate professional with extensive expertise in providing strategic advisory services to tenants across multiple markets, disciplines and property types.
Over the course of his impressive career, Adam has completed more than 3.5 million square feet of leasing transactions for commercial space users in a variety of industries, including legal, financial services, healthcare and manufacturing. He supports Savills Studley's consultative approach by providing customized, detailed market intelligence to each of his clients, translating a national real estate perspective into local market dynamics. Adam has a consistent track record of crafting innovative real estate solutions that allow his clients to simultaneously achieve their business objectives and optimize their real estate holdings.
Adam is well-versed in all real estate trends, building availabilities, development sites, state and municipal incentive packages and other associated market complexities both in the Chicago and greater Midwest markets. His diverse experience ranges from corporate headquarters relocations to strategic real estate planning, benchmarking, subleasing/dispositions and build-to-suit projects. Adam's recent assignments include relocations on behalf of the law firm HeplerBroom in Chicago and St. Louis, as well as national portfolio work for companies like ABB, WellPoint and URS.
Adam graduated with a Bachelor of Science from University of Iowa, where he majored in international business and communications.
