Adam is one of Savills Studley's leading national accounts professionals, with extensive corporate headquarters and build-to-suit experience.


Activities & Achievements

Throughout his distinguished career, Adam has been the recipient of numerous industry honors, including the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors (GWCAR) "Realtor Associate of the Year Award," "Top Commercial Leasing Broker Award" and "Public Service Award." To date, Adam is the only broker ever to win all three awards from GWCAR. In April 2005, the organization also honored Adam with the prestigious "Brendan McCarthy Memorial Award" in recognition of his community leadership and philanthropic efforts. In addition, Adam was the winner of the 2000 "Virginia Transaction of the Year."

Outside the office, Adam is an active philanthropist. He currently serves on the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's (JDRF) National Board of Chancellors and is past-Chairman of its Washington, DC chapter. He is the founder of the organization's annual "Real Estate Games" fundraiser, an Olympics-style event that has raised over $5 million from within the industry since its inception in 1989. Adam also served on the Board of Childhelp USA, an organization protecting at-risk children throughout Virginia.

In 2010, Adam was the recipient of Savills Studley's top honor, the Jacques Ducharme Corporate Citizen Award, recognizing his work in raising funds and sending diabetes medical supplies to health clinics in Haiti after the devastating earthquake that year. His remaining spare time is devoted to his wife and two sons.



Adam earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics with a specialization in finance, cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1982.
